You do mending and alterations - Do you do zips? Curtains?
We repair and restore almost all clothing, even knitwear. We do zips, replace linings in jackets, torn jeans, buttons, you name it. We do not do linens, curtains or luggage. We specialize in fine repair of clothing.
Can I drop off my mending and alterations at any time?
Presently we work from a small home studio, an appointment needs to be made ahead of time. You can do this by either booking an appointment via our Calendarly link here or you can Whatsapp the studio here directly.
Do you charge for your mending & alterations consultations?
No, there is no charge for the initial consult. There are no hidden costs, the final quote will be given after your appointment. This is what you will pay for the remainder of the process.
Can I bring my own jersey/ jacket/ pear of jeans to be restored or upcycle?
We do revamps which is restoring worn out, vintage pieces of clothing. This might be replacing a lining in a suit. It might be investing and patching jeans using a Shasiko inspired technique or it could be closing moth holes in a jersey and adding beautiful hand embroidery to “shoosh” it up. Book today – here.
